Global Sales Meeting 2025 (June 11, 2025) As ONE joint team – with sales colleagues from Mixing and Curing – we enjoyed our Global Sales Meeting from 4th to 5th June at our location in Hamburg. It was a thoroughly positive experience to strengthen cooperation, information exchange and customer focus.
Perfect cooperation (February 13, 2025) Tire manufacturing is a highly complex process. This makes it all the more important that the systems used are automated in a flexible and scalable way. This is why the HF Group relies on a decentralized automation concept from Murrelektronik - with IO-Link - for its Curemaster PCR tire press. This reduces the wiring time from around 200 hours to just 60 hours.
Together for more customer value. (April 26, 2024) HF is pleased to inform that HF Mixing Group and HF TireTech Group from now on will operate under the umbrella of the HF Group with one joint management team.

Digitalising Tyre Production (August 15, 2022) HF TireTech Group upcoming range of digital solutions will monitor several parameters in the curing process, like cycle times, movements of the machines etc. One of the exhibitors at the Tire Technology Expo, 2022 that was held in Hannover, Germany was HF Group. Dr Bernd Pape, Digital Solutions, HF Group, highlighted the company’s plans to develop a new product line that will enable its customers to digitally monitor tire curing machines more effectively, the significance of sharing data and having trusted partnerships.
HF TireTech Group introduces Condition Monitoring at TireTech Expo, Hannover (May 30, 2022) Dr. Bernd Pape introduced the digital monitoring of the tire curing process. Improvement of machine performance, monitoring the cycle time of tire curing, early warnings, indication of triggers for a continuous increase in cycle time, reduce actual cycle time by an average of up to 10-20 seconds per tire cure cycle and an increase tire curing capacity. These are only a few of the customer benefits.
