Together with all project partners, HF GROUP presented and discussed the final project results and reflected on the successful collaboration throughout the project. The close exchange between industry and research partners created valuable perspectives and showed how innovation can be driven forward through strong partnerships and interdisciplinary cooperation. The InSuKa project (“Intelligent search algorithm for finding optimised rubber compounds”) focused on making manufacturing processes more transparent and digitally interpretable through the intelligent use of production and machine data.
Projects like InSuKa demonstrate how digitalisation can make manufacturing processes more transparent and digitally interpretable. By intelligently using production data, energy consumption, machine conditions, and production parameters can be analysed and optimised more efficiently.
The project highlights the potential of data-driven manufacturing to increase efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in industrial production.
