3. Which Data is Stored?

Each access to our Website and each retrieval of a file stored on the Website is logged. We do this for technical and statistical purposes only. The following data will be logged: The address of the Website from which the file was requested (so-called referrer URL), the name of the retrieved file, the timestamp of the retrieval, the volume of transferred data, the notification of successful retrieval, the name of the web browser and the querying domain. In addition, the IP address of the querying computer is logged for 7 days and will be anonymised after this period.
We collect exhaustive personal data only if you have provided this data voluntarily (e.g. for an inquiry or registration) or if you voluntarily sent us this data using other ways of communication (e.g. E-Mail or Letter).

To do this, we use the data-minimizing web analysis tool Matomo (formerly Piwik) on our websites.
A transfer to third parties, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, does not take place.
The open source web analysis tool Matomo (formerly Piwik) used by this website also uses "cookies". For this purpose, the information generated with the cookie about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before saving.
The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website will not be disclosed to third parties. In this case, an opt-out cookie is deposited in your browser which prevents Matomo from saving usage data. Deleting your cookies will result in deletion of the Matomo opt-out cookie as well. The opt-out must be reactivated when visiting our site again.

5. Is Data Transmitted to Third Parties?

Your personal data shall be disseminated or transmitted to third parties only if this is required for the purpose of the fulfilment of the contractual agreement, this is required for billing purposes if you have approved this in advance. When you use a contact form on our Website to send us a message (e.g. an inquiry), we encrypt the connection between your web browser and our web server in order to protect the messages transmission against wiretaps. We strive to protect the personal data we store about you from disclosure to third parties using all feasible technical and organisational tools available. That being said, we advise you to use the postal service if you want to send us confidential data as we can’t ensure total confidentiality for E-Mails.

Transmitted personal data will be deleted upon the fulfilment of purpose it has been collected for. The deletion that is undertaken by third-party providers shall be subject to their own valid guidelines.
