Award ceremony for the 2024/2025 Special Trainee Award

Our trainees in Freudenberg, Germany, were honoured with the “BGHM Trainee Special Price 2024/2025”. Following the motto: "Safe Without Addiction - Your Ideas for a (Working-) Life Without Drugs", they impressed the jury with a comprehensive multi-channel concept for addiction prevention.

For their project, they developed a range of effective measures: clear and informative flyers, supporting content shared through our internal communication channels, and a digital training module for employees.

With this holistic communication strategy, they set a strong example for prevention and awareness in the workplace.

Through their commitment and creative solutions, the trainees distinguished themselves among numerous submissions and won this year’s Special Price.
