Ian Wilson | CEng MIMechE | Managing Director/ Co-CEO @ HF GROUP

Rochdale, England, United Kingdom

Born in Manchester in 1969. Ian earned a BEng Mechanical Engineering Degree (with Honours) from Manchester University in 1994. Ian is also CEng MIMechE - A professionally registered Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and Institute of Mechanical Engineers.

Ian served a Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship with Francis Shaw & Co (Manchester) Ltd from 1985 to 1991. Following his apprenticeship, he started his career in the design office working in wire and cable extrusion applications, before becoming a design engineer for intermeshing mixers and tandem mixing concepts from 1991 to 1997. Between 1997 & 2010 Ian has held different senior roles within Farrel Limited. From 2010 till 2017 served HF Mixing Group as the Business Unit Director for Tangential Batch-Mixers responsible for product design, development, engineering, service & full P&L for the business unit. Thereafter until 2020 was HF Mixing Group Vice President Global Sales & Marketing including full strategic planning for all of the sales activities.

Presently employed as Managing Director / Co-CEO at HF Group with full P&L and strategic responsibilities. Ian has more than 40 years’ experience in internal mixer design, engineering, service, sales & product management. Possessing a strong technical background and polymer processing knowledge, proofed through relevant field experience.

Dr. Holger Rudzio | Dr.-Ing. | Managing Director/ Co-CEO @ HF GROUP

Freudenberg, Germany

Dr. Holger Rudzio, born in Solingen in 1977, holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Economics and earned his Doctor of Engineering with distinction.

He has over 20 years' experience working in manufacturing businesses in various roles, ranging from production and engineering to various executive positions. He possesses a strong operational background and holistic understanding of all business areas.

Before his time with HF GROUP, Holger Rudzio was the Managing Director at DMG MORI Software Solutions GmbH from 2016 to 2018 and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sales Officer at SCHUNK SE & Co. KG from 2018 to 2021.

Since 2021 he is Managing Director / Co-CEO of HF Group with full P&L responsibility, overseeing all operational activities of the group and driving efficiency, innovation and sustainable growth across the global organisation.
