The Electrical, Controls & Safety Inspection provides a comprehensive assessment of the electrical system, control system, and all safety related components. It includes inspection of safety devices, auxiliary equipment, electrical cabinets, power supply, sensors, and electrical components.
In addition, thermal inspections, PLC program comparisons with the OEM version, and network topology and quality analyses (e.g. PROFINET, PROFIBUS, or EtherNet/IP) help identify deviations at an early stage.

Digital wear measurement
The Digital GAP Measurement provides a precise digital assessment of chamber wear using multiple measuring points distributed throughout the mixing chamber. Complementing this, the 3D Rotor Scan captures the exact rotor geometry and enables comparison with previous measurements.
Together, these technologies provide an accurate assessment of the current condition of both the rotor and the chamber while precisely determining the current mixer free volume. The combined data enables significantly more accurate condition monitoring and lifetime prediction.
