mChute is the CONVEX™ solution designed to make mixer maintenance safer, faster and more efficient: the automatically tiltable rear door, fully integrated into the safety chain logic, creates a stable anti-slip working platform that securely positions and locks the ladder, allowing safe access for up to two maintenance engineers. CONVEX™ Hydraulic Cushion Upgrade – Intelligent overload protection without downtime
The CONVEX™ Hydraulic Cushion Upgrade is an advanced alternative to traditional mechanical breaking disks, designed to protect the roller head from overloads caused by cold rubber or foreign objects while drastically reducing downtime and maintenance costs. By replacing mechanical breaking disks with a hydraulic cushioning system, the solution allows the machine to absorb excess roller head force and recover instantly, eliminating the need for component replacement, roller head movement or material discharge. Operators can simply reset the alarm and restart production, ensuring maximum line availability, zero wasted material and uninterrupted operation. As an additional advantage, the complete elimination of breaking disks removes all related handling, wear and reliability issues, delivering a cleaner, safer and more efficient overload protection concept. This upgrade is applicable only to the old full mechanical roller head.

Automatic Transfer to Batch Off – Smooth, reliable and fully automated strip handling
The Automatic Transfer to Batch‑Off solution is designed to ensure a continuous, stable and safe transfer of the rubber strip from the CONVEX™ roller head to the batch‑off, combining advanced roll scrapers with an integrated conveyor belt. The scrapers are made of special anti‑sticking materials and optimized through extensive field experience, to prevent sticking, reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve machine availability, while ensuring easy and safe access for maintenance. The dedicated conveyor belt, fully integrated into the CONVEX™/TDE control system, synchronizes strip detection and speed regulation, protects the working area and ensures a smooth, automatic and controlled strip flow, significantly reducing manual intervention, improving process stability and minimizing downtime.
RAPID – Rolls Automatic Polishing Integrated Device
RAPID is a fully automatic and integrated solution designed for CONVEX™ and MILLMIX® machines to ensure consistently smooth and high‑performance roll surfaces. The polishing head moves safely along a rack fixed to the roll frame, allowing easy installation and fully controlled operation, with precise adjustment of key parameters such as abrasive film feed rate and motor speed. Using specially engineered abrasive films, RAPID eliminates surface irregularities in a uniform and repeatable way, significantly reducing rubber sticking – especially with high‑silica compounds – and improving overall line availability. Thanks to its flexible design, RAPID adapts to multiple roll coatings, while meeting the latest safety regulations and CE requirements for maximum operational reliability.
