For safe maintenance actions in the mixer’s drop door area HF GROUP has developed the Maintenance Box mBox® that is integrated in the mixer platform and stands for a high sophisticated solution that combines safety with user-friendliness and cost effectivenes.

- Safer access to mixer for inspections, cleaning and maintenance with customised sizes and access doors
- EU safety concept with electrically operated device
- Robust design to bear the load of the operator and relvant maintenance tools, ladder, ect.
- Fully retrofittable on existing CONVEX™/TDE depending on mezzanine height
- An automatic tiltable door has been developed in order to position a ladder and inspect the upstream equipment
The special platform door will facilitate the operator access to the chute, and it’s designed to securely block the ladder in position. The door surface has anti- slippering pattern.
