The focus of the Technical Centre: mixing in Freudenberg (GER) can be summarised in three fields:
- Research & development for HF mill room equipment
- Customer training
- Customer trials for process optimisation & main drive dimensioning
Preparation for the mixing trials
The more detailed the information supplied on your recipes and mixing processes, the more quickly and efficiently optimisation of your recipes can be achieved.
Please note that approximately one (1) day per recipe will be required for preliminary mixing trials carried out on the laboratory mixer and on the production-sized IM45E and BM20N internal mixers.
In order to specify the required maximum drive power, a recipe should be tested with a high power requirement.

At the Technical Centre: Tyre curing in Hamburg (GER) you can cure your tyres completely electrical.
Our test press offers the following possibilities:
- 48” heating platen diameter
- 200t squeeze force
- Full nitrogen-electric curing
- Standing-post (BOM) and bag-in-well (BIW) centre mechs
- 14-25” bead range
- PCI available
- Possibility to integrate customer steam containers without modification for electric curing
