HF GROUP is excited to welcome ten new trainees to its Freudenberg site in Germany. A two-day induction programme gave them the opportunity to gain their first insights into the company, get to know one another and build valuable connections for the start of their apprenticeship.
The new trainees were welcomed by Jana Gaßmann, Trainee Coordinator, Dr. Frank Zibner, Director Operations HF GROUP Freudenberg, Frank Trilling, Head of HR, and Sven Wachter, Chair of the Works Council Freudenberg. They wished the new colleagues every success as they begin this exciting stage of their careers.
One of the highlights of the induction programme was a company rally, where the trainees explored different departments and met colleagues from across the site. They have now started in their respective areas and are gaining their first practical experience.
