Strong Commitment to India through Full Acquisition of Established Subsidiary
(Freudenberg, Germany). HF MIXING GROUP today proudly announces the successful completion of a significant investment in India through the full acquisition of its existing subsidiary. Formerly a partial stakeholder, HF has now taken decisive steps to secure complete ownership, reinforcing its commitment to sustained growth and market leadership. This strategic initiative marks a pivotal milestone in HF MIXING GROUP´s global expansion acceleration.
HF has decided to invest in the further emerging market of India to capitalize on growth opportunities. Establishing the 100% subsidiary will enable HF India to offer localized services as well as HF MIXING GROUP leading solutions for mixing room systems. INDUS UTH HF MIXING SYSTEMS PVT LTD will become HF INDIA MIXING SYSTEMS PVT LTD. After careful consideration of potential locations, HF India will operate further from Bengaluru.
Ian Wilson, Co-CEO at HF MIXING GROUP, pointed out the value of HF India for the whole HF MIXING GROUP:
The Indian economy runs on tyres and its clear there is a take-off decade ahead, whereby the Indian economy is expected to more than double over the next decade to a double digit GDP % CAGR. Speaking about our Indian strategy the market in India is growing, especially for rebuilds and also for mixers and mills. This has also been expressed by a few of our customers. In order to meet the demands of the Indian market speed of reaction is needed to succeed, as such the activities of our new organisation HF India will focus on offering a more comprehensive service with enhanced local content to all our customers, with increased capacity for rebuilding, repair and complete overhaul of mixers and mixing equipment, service upgrades and modernisation proposals, manufacturing and supply of new mixing equipment”.
