Environmental report - Harburg-Freudenberger Maschinenbau GmbH (HF GROUP)

Harburg-Freudenberger Maschinenbau GmbH has long been concerned with environmental protection and resource conservation and introduced an environmental and energy management system in 2015. The environmental report covers the areas of production, administration, transport & logistics as well as product development, service & safety. The report serves as a “high-level” overview.

For example, the iXseal, an intelligent mixer dust seal controller from HF MIXING GROUP, adjusts the hydraulic sealing pressure of the mixer dust seals to the dynamic load. With the iXseal, the mixer dust seal pressure is automatically reduced in mixing phases with lower utilization and the amount of lubricating oil required is also significantly reduced.
